Orders are normally shipped within 10-14 business days after your payment is processed.  All orders are shipped Ground, and delivery will be made within the ordinary course of business.  If you provide us with a valid e-mail address, you will receive tracking confirmation from the ground carrier.  We do not guarantee specific delivery times, nor do we offer express shipping services.  Claims for lost or damaged goods must be made to the Ground Carrier as soon as possible.  Your failure to promptly contact the Ground Carrier voids any responsibility we may have to reimburse you.

We may offer free ground shipping on certain orders delivered within the United States, otherwise, you will be charged the prevailing rate as currently advertised on our website.

Additional Shipping Charges:  Failing to provide a correct shipping address or providing an incomplete one may result in additional charges to your account as well as delivery delays
